Migrating Emails from Gmail to Outlook 365 Using PST File Method
1. Login to Outlook 2021 Using Gmail Account
Open Outlook 2021 on your computer.
Go to File > Add Account.
Enter your Gmail address and click Connect.
Enter your password when prompted and allow necessary permissions.
Once the account is added, let Outlook fully synchronize your emails.
2. Export the PST for the Gmail Account
After synchronization is complete, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
In the Import and Export Wizard, select Export to a file and click Next.
Choose Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
Select your Gmail account from the folder list (ensure Include subfolders is checked) and click Next.
Choose the location to save the .pst file, provide a file name, and click Finish.
(Optional) You may set a password for the .pst file for added security.
3. Login to New Office 365 Outlook
Open Outlook 365 on your computer.
Go to File > Add Account.
Enter your Office 365 email address and click Connect.
Sign in with your Office 365 credentials and let Outlook set up your account.
4. Import the Exported PST File
In Outlook 365, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
In the Import and Export Wizard, select Import from another program or file and click Next.
Choose Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
Browse and select the exported .pst file from your computer.
Under Options, choose how you want to handle duplicates (e.g., Replace duplicates, Allow duplicates, or Do not import duplicates).
Click Next, select the folders to import, and ensure Include subfolders is checked.
Choose whether to import items to the current folder or the same folder in Office 365.
Click Finish to start the import process.

IMAP (Incoming Mail Server):
Server: imap.gmail.com
Port: 993
Encryption: SSL/TLS
SMTP (Outgoing Mail Server):
Server: smtp.gmail.com
Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
Encryption: SSL/TLS
